Information we collect

We collect your questionnaire answers, full name, email address, and—only if you choose to provide it—phone number. We do not ask for a Social Security number and do not pull your credit.

How we use it

We use the information to calculate and display an informational mortgage estimate, operate and secure the service, and improve the matching methodology.

What we do not do

We do not automatically send your contact information or questionnaire answers to Golden 1 Credit Union. Choosing “Verify with Golden 1” takes you to Golden 1’s website, where its own privacy practices apply.

Retention and deletion

We retain completed requests only as long as reasonably needed to operate and improve the service or meet legal obligations. To request access or deletion, contact privacy@myratestoday.com.

California residents

California residents may have rights to know, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. We will verify requests before acting on them.
